Cancer Detection Programs: Every Woman Counts!

Department of Health Services: Cancer Detection Section Cancer Detection Programs: Every Woman Counts!, formerly known as BCEDP, provides free breast examinations and mammograms to women 40 years of age and older with moderate incomes, little or no health insurance in Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado, Mono, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba Counties.
